Division Manager / Construction Operations Leader

$198k – $225k (base + incentive)
What You’ll Be Doing:- Lead division operations, financial performance, and team development
- Recruit, mentor, and develop project and field leadership
- Oversee projects from estimating through close‑out
- Drive job‑cost control, forecasting, and budget accountability
- Partner with corporate teams to ensure alignment and compliance
- Strengthen client relationships and represent the organization locally
- Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Deep technical knowledge of drywall/interior construction
- Proven ability to lead large teams and complex operations
- Strong financial acumen and job‑cost management expertise
