General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for executing the store plan to achieve established standards, sales, local marketing programs, and profits. This is primarily accomplished through staffing, personnel training, operating, and maintaining the store to maximize customer satisfaction.

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.

• 1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

• Standing for long periods without a break.
• Meet the requirements of all subordinate positions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Travel to multiple stores as needed.
• Conduct physical inspections of all restaurant areas.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Move and inspect all supplies.
• Work in hot and cold environments (restaurant, cooler, freezer).
