• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
• Manage a team of Yard Specialists and Operations Coordinators to meet operational goals
• Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external customers
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Direct inventory management and ensure proper maintenance of facilities

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in operations, preferably in the chemical industry
• Knowledge of governmental requirements related to the chemical industry (e.g., OSHA, EPA)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with supervisory leadership experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a team environment

• Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP
• Knowledge of hazardous chemicals and chemical distribution facility operations
• Haz Mat certification or Hazwoper Certification
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to track and report department metrics
• Experience leading process improvement projects
