We are looking for a skilled 1099 Maintenance Tech to join SVN - Toomey Property Advisors in Mobile, AL. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing properties to ensure they are in top condition for our clients and tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on properties, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Conduct repairs as needed, including fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and troubleshooting issues
• Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule maintenance and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
