About UsFarmers Insurance District 50-05 is hiring an Insurance Representative for Mobile. With hybrid flexibility and Mobile-based mentorship, you’ll learn how to protect families and businesses while building a career in insurance.
Responsibilities- Meet with local clients to identify insurance needs.
- Learn to sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.
- Attend district training and workshops in Mobile.
- Provide policy servicing and claims support.
- Alabama insurance license or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
- Background in sales or service is a plus.
- Base pay plus commission/bonus opportunities.
- Comprehensive Farmers training and mentorship.
- Career growth toward agency ownership.
