• Support daily operations of PCs, servers, and networking equipment in the manufacturing facility
• Coordinate small to medium-sized IT projects and assist with larger IT initiatives
• Manage multi-function devices and printer fleet, providing basic support and escalating issues as needed
• Lead planning and execution of mill infrastructure projects and ensure compliance with established control procedures
• Provide operational support for computer systems and installed applications, resolving minor infrastructure problems

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience with proven technical skills
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience or 7 years of hands-on IT work
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and SQL Server
• Knowledge of Cisco networking, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and firewalls
• Ability to work off business hours and be on-call for critical incidents

• Experience with ticketing system management for incident and request tracking (e.g., Service Now)
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information in non-technical terms
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and coordinating technology recommendations
• Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and best practices
