Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems with new hire information, changes, and terminations.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or payroll support role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is a significant plus.
  • Solid understanding of basic HR principles and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
