- Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems with new hire information, changes, and terminations.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or payroll support role.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is a significant plus.
- Solid understanding of basic HR principles and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
