Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices nationwide. We partner with businesses and jobseekers to place qualified individuals efficiently. Currently, CTS is reviewing resumes for Evening Recruiter/Screener.

You're helping staff hands-on roles like welders, fitters, riggers, electricians, and more. You’ll be onsite—working closely with operations, getting real-time updates, and moving fast to place top talent.

• 🧲 Supporting recruiters in building talent pipelines.
• 🗣 Communicating with applicants via phone, text, and email.
• 📄 Screening candidate interest and availability for open jobs.
• ✅ Updating and maintaining accurate candidate records in our system.
• 🚀 Conducting outbound calls to potential candidates for marine and industrial roles.

• ✔ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ✔ Able to work a flexible schedule M-F —3 to 5 nights a week from 3PM to 8PM.
• ✔ Great communication and customer service skills required.
• ✔ Must be organized and be able to take notes quickly.
• ✔ Willing to learn about skilled trades and staffing.
• ✔ Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
