• Provide comprehensive case management services for clients in residential treatment
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress and prepare documentation
• Refer clients to additional counseling resources as needed and collaborate with external case management professionals
• Keep nursing staff informed about new admissions, hospital status, and medication changes
• Maintain accurate client medication files and assist in medication administration

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in direct case management services, preferably in substance abuse treatment
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to become MAC certified within 30 days of employment

• Experience in a substance abuse treatment environment
• Additional certifications in case management or related fields
