- Associate's degree in finance operations, accounting, or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, including prior professional billing experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team leader
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders while managing conflicting priorities
