What to Expect

Job Responsibilities
  • Support project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, and task tracking
  • Coordinate and conduct project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes
  • Maintain project documentation such as project plans, risk logs, and status reports
  • Serve as a liaison between IT, clinical, operational, and vendor teams
  • Assist with stakeholder communications, including status updates and change notifications
What is

Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, IT, or related roles
