• Support project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, and task tracking
• Coordinate and conduct project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes
• Maintain project documentation such as project plans, risk logs, and status reports
• Serve as a liaison between IT, clinical, operational, and vendor teams
• Assist with stakeholder communications, including status updates and change notifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, IT, or related roles
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira)

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH)
• Experience in healthcare systems implementation or optimization
• Knowledge of change management and process improvement methodologies
• Ability to track project budgets and resource utilization
• Proven experience in conducting post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions
