Must have Peds OR exp
The nurses should ideally have experience in pediatric surgery, orthopedics, and women's surgery.
If pediatric experience is not easy to find we can consider adult gyn experience. Ortho and neuro a plus too!

We have ACLS and PALS required of each RN within the first 6 months of hire. Usually we set them up for those certifications during their orientation.
