Pay: $95,000/year
Experience: 5 to 8 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health settings.
Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral health–related field required.
Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Clark Personnel is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Provide strategic and operational leadership for behavioral health programs.
- Oversee clinical quality, service delivery, and patient outcomes.
- Lead program planning, growth initiatives, and performance improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational workflows.
- Supervise leadership staff and licensed clinical professionals.
- Ensure integration of behavioral health with medical and community services.
- Monitor data, outcomes, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Must have an Alabama license (MSW, LPC, LP, etc.).
- Active clinical license in a behavioral health discipline.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and operational performance.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Data-driven and outcomes-focused leadership approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
