Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison - Neuroscience - Delta
This field‑based position supports the Delta (AL, LA, MS, TN) region and focuses on leading the CAPLYTA KOL engagement strategy across the Neuroscience franchise.

Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy and faculty development.
- Serve as a key member of the CAPLYTA Brand team, providing local market insights and feedback.
- Build trusting relationships with academic and community KOLs and other key partners.
- Maintain pulse on regional trends and coordinate engagement plans with cross‑functional partners.
- Partner with analytics team to understand regional variations in treatment patterns.
- Attend conferences and serve as onsite host for product theatres.
- Facilitate, participate, and attend advisory boards where appropriate.
- Coordinate executive engagements with KOLs and commercial leadership.
- Supervise the regional marketing budget and provide continuous feedback on business planning.
- Assist in crafting innovative educational platforms for national and regional recommendations.
- Lead overall neuroscience strategy including mapping, framework development, innovative engagement planning for current and future launches.
- BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, key account management, medical, sales leadership, sales training, or field sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
- Deep understanding and experience working cross‑functionally with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer relationships with focus on patient impact.
- Travel up to 65%.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in neuroscience.
- Previous cross‑functional experience in pharma or biotech engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare associations.
- Deep medical/scientific knowledge with psychiatry marketplace understanding.
- Experience leading through change and transformation, product launches, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Completion of company training within required timelines.
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Base pay range: $137,000 – $235,750. Eligible for retirement and savings plan.
