Overview
This is entry level routine work enforcing animal control laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Starting SalaryJurisdiction:
City of Prichard. Starting Salary: $20,856.
- Graduation from a standard senior high school, or successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test.
- A minimum of one year experience working with the public, preferably with animals; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
- Must obtain Euthanasia Certification within the first six months of employment.
