Senior Appraisal Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Appraisal Analyst, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities Review property valuations for compliance with Federal/State law and risk policy Obtain and perform detailed review of collateral documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines Communicate with departments and clients to meet pipeline metrics and quality guidelines

Required Qualifications Four years or more of mortgage or consumer loan underwriting experience, with appraisal review experience preferred Three years of continuous collateral review experience Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office FHA DE (CHUMS) / VA SAR/LAPP preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training preferred
