CPA Licensed Tax Director

A company is looking for a Director of Tax.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a global tax strategy to optimize effective tax rates and minimize liabilities Manage all global tax compliance activities, including federal, state, and international tax filings Oversee the quarterly and annual income tax provision process and manage international tax structure

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is mandatory 10+ years of progressive tax experience, with at least 3 years at the Senior Manager level in a Big 4 firm Recent industry experience in a high-growth, multi-national SaaS or Technology company preferred Deep expertise in U.S. Federal and State Corporate Income Tax and complex International Tax principles Proven ability to collaborate with CFO and other executives on tax-related business decisions
