Airbus Americas, Inc. is looking for a Customer Delivery Coordinator to join our team based in Mobile, AL.

Your Working Environment

On 'Airbus Way', you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019.

Your Challenges Responsible for maintaining Customer offices in the Final Assembly Line (25%)
  • Updates Site Access by utilizing EASYSTAY system
  • Opens Wi‑fi accounts and maintains IT equipment
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and PPE
  • Inputs and tracks work orders through completion in Sprockett system
  • Ensures stocking of breakroom
  • Issues parking permits, office keys, and lunch vouchers
Purchase Orders and Budget tracking (20%)
  • Utilizes Click and Buy system for all recurring and ad‑hoc Purchase Orders
  • Assists with cost center budget tracking
  • Purchases Customer Transfer of Title items, office supplies, meals, and refreshments
Inventory Management (15%)
  • Maintains all Customer office supply inventory, customer gift inventory, and customer refreshment inventory
Manages Customer Lunch process (15%)
  • Liaise with 3rd Party vendors for daily lunch orders
  • Maintain lunch headcount, ensure accurate lunch items and food & beverage protocols
  • Maintain delivery center cleanliness standards
  • Assist with cleaning lunchroom after customers have finished meals
Event and Project Support (20%)
  • Establish strong community ties that supports local and regional high‑level event planning
  • Help plan, execute, and attend all Customer events
  • Support additional customer experience projects as assigned
Additional Responsibilities (5%)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Proactive engagement with other delivery team departments
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Your Boarding Pass
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years customer facing experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Google Suite software
  • Strong calendar management
  • Budget and finance literacy
  • Advanced communication skills especially between external and third‑party suppliers
Physical Requirements

100% on site daily.

  • Vision: able to read computer screen and other documents.
  • Hearing: able to hear conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and hear sounds on production floor including safety warnings.
  • Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.
