Captain - Customer Service

• Act as the initial point of contact for safety and security in various areas of the facility
• Assist guests with requests and provide information as needed
• Manage wait times and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental equipment and public areas

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read and communicate in English Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Willingness to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions

• Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a hospitality or entertainment setting
• Ability to effectively diffuse difficult guest situations
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a cooperative working environment
