Support Technician

• Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating effectively with guests and team members
• Repair and maintain amusement equipment to ensure optimal guest experience
• Assist guests with requests and answer questions while promoting a welcoming atmosphere
• Conduct merchandise inventory and maintain cleanliness and organization of the midway games
• Collaborate with team members and management to foster a positive working environment

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
• Must demonstrate effective communication skills with guests and team members
• Capability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods

• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in a customer service role
