• Manage and deliver data center projects from planning through to commissioning
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams to ensure project success
• Establish and maintain client relationships, participating in marketing and design meetings
• Control project quality, schedule, scope, and budget while ensuring client satisfaction
• Assist in recruitment and retention of mission-critical staff, promoting a collaborative team environment

• Bachelor s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in project management
• Proven experience delivering data center and mission-critical projects
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Strong commitment to an employee-owned culture and collaborative work environment

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in site programming, project planning, design, construction, and/or commissioning
• Previous experience at an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm focused on data centers
• Knowledge of Uptime Topology standards, ASHRAE TC 9.9, and relevant ISO standards
• Familiarity with Newforma Project Center and/or Project Wise Document Management Software
• Strong desire to stay current with industry trends in mission-critical environments
