Overview
As a Field Service Electrical Installation Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers on the electrical side
Travel to customer sites throughout the US, heavy travel, up to 90% of time
Conduct equipment electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on electrical installations in an industrial setting
Willingness to travel and be on the road up to 90% of time, will go to customer sites throughout the US
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills on the electrical side in an industrial/field setting
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in project management and execution
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
Advanced certificate in electrical field, Master s License, Journeyman License
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
