• Develop and execute a strategic action plan to expand the Safety & Risk client base in the Gulf region
• Lead business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and securing new engagements
• Oversee large‑scale technical risk programs and project teams, ensuring excellence in scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Mentor and guide team members to support retention, performance, and long‑term capability development
• Build strong client relationships that generate repeat business and foster trust

• BS in engineering (chemical, mechanical, petroleum) or related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in technical risk, including HAZOP/LOPA facilitation and incident investigation
• Proven success in leading and implementing business growth strategies within Safety & Risk
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and maintain long‑term, trusted client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally

• Extensive experience guiding industrial clients through complex technical and regulatory compliance challenges
• Prior leadership of multi‑person project teams and large technical programs
• Experience supporting global service lines or working within a multinational consulting environment
