STC Project Manager

• Plan, supervise, and monitor activities throughout each phase of the project autonomously
• Create and modify project documents efficiently with minimal direction
• Lead multi-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of modification solutions
• Coordinate support activities for each project phase and ensure customer requirements are met
• Communicate effectively with customers to capture and fulfill their needs

• Bachelor's Degree or Minor in Engineering
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in aircraft project management
• Experience working with Supplement Type Certificates (STCs) and/or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical procedures
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite applications

• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to aircraft design, certification, and maintenance
• Proven ability to deliver technical documents and presentations independently
• Dependable, self-motivated, and accessible in a team setting
