Montessori Teacher- Lower Elementary

This is a full-time on-site position located in Mobile, AL for a Lower Elementary Montessori Teacher for grades 1st thru 3rd. The teacher will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering individualized lessons, guiding hands-on learning activities, observing and documenting student progress, and supporting the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child.

Additional tasks involve maintaining a prepared Montessori classroom environment and collaborating with fellow teachers and families to meet the needs of the students.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and deep understanding of Montessori Education principles
• Strong Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues
• Demonstrated expertise in Teaching and Training within an educational or Montessori context
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred
• Experience working with children in a Montessori environment is highly desirable
• Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
