- Provide technical leadership and champion the technical vision in the design, development, optimization, and commercialization of mechanical and process capabilities
- Collaborate with various departments to translate business strategy to value stream requirements and improve overall performance
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Drive the Fiber Process technology advancement roadmap in alignment with innovation and asset strategies
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical understanding and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
- 12+ years of experience in Tissue Manufacturing or Fiber Processing
- Proven track record of driving process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven track record of coaching and developing technical talent
- Effective, consistent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel for on‑site assessments and collaboration
