What You'll Actually DoHandle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
Resolve medical account balances
Research insurance and payment sources
Document accounts accurately
Follow strict HIPAA & FDCPA compliance
Participate in coaching and ongoing training
This role requires focus, consistency, and accountability.

Requirements (Read Carefully)We're serious about quality - so are these expectations:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic typing & computer proficiency required
Strong communication skills (phone + written)
Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional demeanor at all times
Pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation
1 year of Insurance verification experience preferred
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
