Required Qualifications Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or a high-volume call center Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options FINRA fingerprinting required Retail, IRA and/or 401K customer service experience preferred
