Mobile, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and support the sales, operations, and logistics teams in facilitating order processing and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Enter, track, and manage customer orders; resolve issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through open communication and proactive service.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide accurate pricing, billing support, and order acknowledgements.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Assist with sales and business development initiatives when appropriate.
  • Track shipment status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity in customer instructions for custom products.
Requirements/Skills
  • High School Diploma required; 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or industrial environment required. Ideally with custom manufactured products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced).
  • Comfortable using and building CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed in a professional office and manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Regular use of standard office equipment required.
  • Must be physically present in the office during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
