Purpose of the position:
Creative. Digital. AI forward.
DSB&P is looking for a Production Artist/Designer who recently graduated, moves fast, and honestly cares about doing great work. This role is built for a self‑starter who wants real agency experience, not busy work. You’ll work across print, digital, social, video, and emerging AI tools. You’ll help turn ideas into finished assets that run in the real world. If you like precision, creative problem solving, and learning how great campaigns actually get made, this is your lane.
EssentialFunctions
- Prep final files for print, digital, web, email, and paid media
- Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats without breaking the brand
- Create and format assets for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, and You Tube
- Turn one idea into dozens of executions that actually perform
- Edit short‑form video for చెందిన social and digital
- Create simple motion graphics, logo animation, text movement, and transitions
- Use AI tools to speed up production, version assets, clean up images, generate captions, transcribe video, and automate repetitive tasks
- Experiment with new tools and bring ideas back to the team
- Understand when AI helps and when it hurts the work
- Catch mistakes before anyone else does
- Make sure every asset is clean, accurate, on brand, and ready to ship
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, copywriters, project managers, and the account team
- Take feedback, move fast, and get better every week
- Keep an accurate record of time spent on client projects. ottom>
- Effectively collaborate with other team members to understand client needs and to refine creative concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and various graphic/art software, staying up to date with digital design trends.
- General knowledge of in‑house digital print press (light maintenance and printing).
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects basics.
- Comfortable jumping into new AI tools without panicking.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Projochtively read, write and communicate clearly in English.
- Make decisions with minimal supervision to meet clients’ needs.
- Physical capability to use hands, fingers, wrists, and computer equipment repetitively.
- Visual and auditory capability, with or without aids.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital art, or related field. 1‑3 years of related work experience preferred. Work experience may be substituted for degree.
Work ConditionsRemote or hybrid work arrangements available. Must be able to meet in office as requested. Must be available for video conferencing upon request.
