• Produce and supply quality asphalt and construction materials for various projects
• Collaborate with government agencies, private contractors, and municipalities
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services on every project
• Maintain high safety standards and practices in all operations
• Assist in paving highways and other infrastructure projects

• Proven experience in construction or related fields
• Strong commitment to safety and quality assurance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
• Physical ability to perform tasks associated with construction work

• Previous experience in asphalt production or paving services
• Familiarity with construction materials and industry standards
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in the construction field
• Experience working with government contracts or projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
