- Develops and maintains a detailed
commissioning and startup
schedule and detailed set of CSU packages to track completion and progress. - Works closely with client company project managers and contractors to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded schedules of design/build construction.
- Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, base line, status and perform measurement baseline.
- Work in collaboration with client company project management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
- Extensive knowledge within Primavera.
- Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
- Ensure risk register is incorporated into the scheduling timeline.
- Manages and maintains open communications and relationship with AM/NS.
- Participate in face-to-face meetings as requested by project managers.
- Maintain the highest Safety and Quality standards.
- 8+ years of ground-up construction and project scheduling experience.
- Proficient with usage of scheduling/document management databases such as Primavera.
- Advanced knowledge of all general construction methods including but not limited to concrete, ironwork, etc.
- Should have accredited four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or other related field, or combination of secondary education and related experience.
- Able to work on-stie with client company during duration of project term. Work location may be ‘remote.’
- Communicates effectively and well with people.
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check per client requirements.
