• Oversee and coordinate all construction services and activities on assigned projects
• Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring efficiency and safety on‑site
• Manage subcontractors to ensure high‑quality work and adherence to project timelines
• Interface regularly with clients, inspectors, and building officials to ensure smooth communication and compliance
• Maintain detailed daily logs and weekly production reports to track progress
• Implement cost‑effective strategies and techniques in the field, leveraging experience and knowledge of the industry
• Maintain a strict project schedule, making necessary adjustments based on field conditions to meet deadlines
• Manage all field operations for assigned projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Proactively manage project budgets, striving to complete projects under budget when possible
• Foster a culture of safety and commitment to PSC's core values
• Ensure project schedules are met, and milestones are achieved
• Collaborate with Project Management and Estimating teams to develop effective construction approaches

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in commercial construction industry
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction/Science, or similar field (preferred)
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to take full ownership of projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and construction project management software
• Experience using smartphones and tablets in conjunction with field management software
• Estimating experience is preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices
