What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
  • Define requirements and redesign best-in-class business processes, workflows, and data standards
  • Document and maintain procedures and other business process artifacts for training and reference
  • Lead training efforts and create client deliverables using available technology and software
  • Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to ensure effective process implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance within the insurance brokerage business
  • Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship
  • Experience in a client-facing servicing and/or business process role, with familiarity with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working with client relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience creating and maintaining procedure documentation
