• Maintain customer offices in the Final Assembly Line, including updating site access and managing office supplies
• Process purchase orders and assist with budget tracking using various systems
• Manage inventory for customer office supplies and gifts, ensuring all items are adequately stocked
• Coordinate daily lunch orders with third-party vendors and maintain lunchroom cleanliness
• Support high-level event planning and execution for customer events and projects

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience
• Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Google Suite software
• Strong calendar management and budget/finance literacy
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with external and third-party suppliers

• Experience in event planning or project coordination
• Familiarity with customer service best practices in an aerospace or manufacturing context
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
