Role Description
This is a full‑time Desk‑Based Account Manager role located on‑site in Mobile, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with veterinary practices, facilitating client liaison, and driving account growth. Day‑to‑day tasks include handling inside sales activities, supporting clients to achieve their practice goals, and ensuring smooth implementation and performance of pet health plans. Additional responsibilities involve providing excellent service, understanding client needs, and consistently achieving sales objectives.
- Knowledge of or experience in veterinary practices or similar industries is essential
- Experience in a Veterinary field role, people management or Vet Tech a Practice prefferred
- Strong Client Liaison and Account Management experience, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships
- Team Cooperation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Experience in developing the customer account and creating opportunities to expand accounts
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred
