Strategic Engineering Business Development Leader

A consulting and design engineering firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Mobile, AL. This role will drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and building strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of business development experience in mechanical engineering, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record in securing large-scale contracts.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing is required, an MBA is preferred. This is a full-time, director-level position.
