• Learn to repair vehicle glass under the guidance of experienced technicians and Safelite leaders
• Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass-related issues on customer vehicles
• Manage work orders, customer documentation, and communication using Safelite's Mobile Resource Management technology
• Clean customer vehicles during repair processes and perform additional housekeeping tasks
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools, and chemicals throughout the workday

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and any other required licenses to operate a company vehicle
• Completion of on-the-job training and Safelite Safe Tech™ certification
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and assist with heavier windshields

• Experience in customer service or automotive repair
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Proven ability to maintain professionalism and provide outstanding customer service
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and temperatures
