As the first point of contact for members, volunteer leaders, and the public, you’ll keep records accurate, meetings organized, and communication moving—so volunteers can focus on making an impact. • High-visibility role partnering with leadership and committees
• Variety of work: member support, events/meetings, facilities, and admin
• Opportunity to improve processes and build repeatable systems
• Collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation: $18-20/hr DOE

• Serve as primary point of contact for members, volunteers, and the public
• Maintain the membership database and related records (tracking, placement, dues, meetings, shifts)
• Support membership status updates (transfers, obligations) and assist the Corresponding Secretary
• Coordinate committees, volunteer projects, and annual leadership transitions
• Manage meeting scheduling and reservations at headquarters
• Handle administrative support: correspondence, mailings, minutes, organizing meetings, errands, and supplies

• Current Liability Insurance
• Strong software and A/V skills (Office, Google Suite, Canva, membership software)
• Comfort managing a membership database (Digital Cheetah or similar)
