A company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to manage global equity plans and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer equity programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and facilitate successful audits Maintain equity data records and generate reports for various departments

Required Qualifications:

3+ years in stock administration for a U.S.

-based, multinational publicly traded company or 5+ years in a related role Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills Preferred:
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or in the process of obtaining certification Understanding of various equity awards and public company equity programs across multiple jurisdictions
