• Manage complex billing functions for multiple grantors and processes
• Collect, audit, and organize necessary documentation for accurate billing
• Submit bi-weekly and monthly billing, ensuring accuracy of billing codes
• Process applications for SNAP benefits and generate monthly reports
  
  Interact with program staff to ensure proper documentation and reporting

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of three years of experience in general office work with accounting, bookkeeping, or medical billing
• Equivalent combination of training and experience considered
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate

• Experience with Microsoft products, particularly advanced knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with medical billing and reimbursement structures
• Previous experience in a role involving grants or government billing processes
