Role Description ಟೆ>

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based at Mobile, AL. The Administrative Assistant will perform a range of office support tasks, including managing schedules, handling phone calls with professionalism, maintaining records, and providing executive-level administrative assistance. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical duties, ensuring smooth office operations, and facilitating communication between teams and clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, with the abilityzan manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Competence in Clerical Skills, such as organizing files, maintaining records, and handling other general administrative tasks
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office software and web-based and data entry software
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration are a plus
