Executive Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Duration: 3-6 months

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a trusted right hand to senior executives—anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless execution of schedules, meetings, and allowing leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage travel bookings and expense reporting using SAP Concur
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, follow-ups, and conference room bookings
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support executive communications, special projects, and event planning as needed
  • Ensure day-to-day executive operations run smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
  • Administrative support experience for a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP Concur or comparable travel and expense management systems
