Position: Member Services Specialist

Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $16 to $18/hour

Experience: 3 to 5 years of accounting experience required.

Education: High school diploma required;
Accounting degree preferred but not required.

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM;
Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Clark Personnel is seeking a Member Services Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Perform general ledger reconciliations accurately and timely.
• Process bill payments and maintain financial records.
• Assist credit union members with debit and credit transactions.
• Support members with online banking issues and account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Strong knowledge of general ledger processes.
• Experience handling accounts payable and financial transactions.
• Ability to resolve customer banking concerns professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
