Key Responsibilities Prepare weekly statement/invoice files and verify invoices and adjustments according to company policy Load and reconcile daily cash receipts and ensure accurate application to customer accounts Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers to resolve outstanding balances
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required 2-4 years of accounting experience with a focus on accounts receivable or billing Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-based environments preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis)
