Key Responsibilities Stabilize and modernize core accounting operations during ERP migration and audit preparation Support ERP implementation, resolve historical accounting gaps, and ensure audit readiness Perform complex account reconciliations and assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent professional accounting designation required (or in progress) 8+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment Proven experience directly supporting at least one ERP implementation or major accounting system migration Demonstrated experience preparing audit schedules and partnering with external auditors
