Key Responsibilities Own the preparation and management of the SEC financial reporting process, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks Lead the technical accounting function, researching key topics and developing interpretations of accounting guidance Review monthly cash flow statements and support the development of junior team members
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and an active CPA license 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in public accounting (Big 4 or Regional Firm) Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements Energetic, hands-on, resourceful self-starter with a consultative approach Proven track record of managing competing priorities with a focus on accuracy and quality
