Position: Accountant 1
A company is looking for an Accountant 1 responsible for managing and overseeing fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of additions, transfers, and retirements in the fixed asset register Ensure proper capitalization of assets and accurate calculation of depreciation Perform monthly reconciliations between the general ledger and sub-ledgers

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to navigate and use web-based systems

Experience with fixed asset accounting and financial reporting is preferred
