Key Responsibilities Add/update project activity in Deltek Vision and prepare invoice packages for approval Review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and maintain project billing files Support project budgeting, forecasting, and assist in accounts receivable reporting
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or 1-2+ years of related experience Strong background in collections is required Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is highly desired Proficient Excel skills are required;
Deltek Vision knowledge is a plus Prevailing Wage knowledge/experience is a plus but not required
