• $44,000–$46,000 annual salary

• Support the accounting team by accurately managing vendor invoices and payment details
• Ensure timely processing of payables and maintain organized financial records
• Communicate with vendors to confirm information and resolve billing questions
• Verify data entered by others to maintain consistency and accuracy across systems
• Assist with payment runs and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Contribute to special projects and provide general accounting support as needed

• 6 months to 1 year of accounts payable experience
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Oracle Cloud
• Ability to multitask with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
